The Enterprise Dashboard gives you a snapshot of current usage, event volume, notification volume, and reliability insights for your status page.
What you’ll see
- Current Snapshot: team, components, containers, metrics, subscribers, services, and event-related capacity.
- Event Volume by Time Window: incidents and maintenance events across common windows (today, 7/30/90 days, 12/24/36 months, etc.).
- Notification Volume: sent notification counts by channel and time window.
- Enterprise Insights: MTTR, uptime streak, resolution SLA, and component hotspots.
- Data Notes: snapshot refresh timestamp and important caveats.
How data is generated
- Metrics are precomputed daily and stored as snapshots for fast loading.
- Some usage values are live from your current page configuration (for example, quota settings).
Important notes
- Deleted incidents/maintenances are not included in totals.
- “Events / Month” in capacity uses a rolling last 30 days window.
- If a quota is unset, that row displays as Unlimited.
