Why don’t I see all my incidents or maintenances?

To keep status pages fast and reliable for everyone, we cap how many incidents and maintenances are loaded in certain views. This only affects status pages with very large history (for example, thousands of incidents or maintenances).

What are the limits?

  • Public status page — Up to 1,000 incidents and 1,000 maintenances are shown (most recent first). Older items are not displayed but remain in your account.
  • Dashboard — Active, pending, and resolved lists use similar caps (around 1,000 items each). Where we offer pagination, you can page through results.
  • Stats (e.g. “active in last 7/30/365 days”) — Counts are computed from your full data. In rare cases, displayed counts for very large pages may be capped at 2,000 for performance.
  • API — List endpoints return a limited number of items per request (for example, 50–1,000 depending on the endpoint and filters).

Who is affected?

Only status pages with a very large number of incidents or maintenances. If your status page has fewer than these caps, you will see everything. If you have more, you will see the most recent items within the limits above.

Why do we have these limits?

Loading tens of thousands of records at once can slow down or crash the page. These limits keep the service stable for all customers while still showing the most relevant, recent activity.
